- Hawaii : Lowest cost (less than Fedex 2-day) - only available for Hawaii destinations



- Alaska : Standard Overnight plus $10 - Only available for Alaska (We only ship to Anchorage)



- Canada: Standard Overnight plus $20 (includes customs charge) - Use this for all Canada shipments (Metropolitan areas only) - -
