Hot and cold temperatures

We guaranty that our flowers arrive healthy and not damaged by extreme temperatures.

SAFE TEMPERATURES for our flowers:

TROPICALS: 50 – 90 degrees

ANTHURIUM: 50-90 degrees

ORCHIDS: 40 – 65 degrees

PROTEAS: 40 – 85 degrees



DELIVERY SIGNATURES: to avoid heat or cold damage we reserve the right to request for a delivery signature if package is being shipped to a hot or cold destination. This will avoid the flowers to be left at front door, outside exposed to the extreme temperatures.

SUMMER HEAT:

Most of the heat damage happens in the Fedex delivery truck . If flowers are being shipped to a hot location we highly recommend to ship them Fedex Standart Overnight (to shorten the courier time) and to a business address or to the nearest KINKOS store:

WINTER COLD:

From Thanksgiving until middle of March we usually require a delivery signature from someone at recipient’s location, to avoid cold damage. During wintertime we highly recommend shipping to and to a business address or to the nearest KINKOS store.

The package will be usually available for pick up from 10 AM on.
