CLASS INFO: Do you enjoy walking and want to have more fun with it, then this class is for you. Nordic Walking is walking with specially designed walking poles, designed to propel you forward. This creates a full-body workout, while improving your posture, overall health and physical strength. Nordic Walking is for everybody, for any age group, and it doesn’t require any previous training.

In this class I will teach you all the techniques necessary to learn this easy and fun athletic activity, and we’ll all get plenty of exercise and fun times in the process.
